Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. The Services

Justloader provides tools to help customers manage TikTok-related workflows, including content uploads, scheduling, metadata assistance, and analytics. Features may change as we improve the product. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable, or immediately where necessary for security, compliance, or abuse prevention.

3. TikTok API and platform compliance

The Services may integrate with TikTok through official APIs and developer programs. You agree to comply with all applicable TikTok terms, policies, and developer documentation, including community guidelines, brand and content policies, and API usage rules. You will use TikTok integrations only for lawful, authorized purposes and in a manner consistent with end-user expectations and platform requirements.

You are responsible for obtaining any rights, consents, and permissions required for content you upload or publish via the Services. Justloader does not grant you any license to TikTok trademarks or platform features beyond what TikTok permits through its own terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights;
• Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe or stress systems without permission, or interfere with the integrity of the Services or third-party platforms;
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or manipulate metrics through fraudulent means;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals or groups, or publish unlawful, hateful, or exploitative content;
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or technical restrictions imposed by Justloader or TikTok.

5. Zero tolerance for spam and platform abuse

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward spam, inauthentic engagement, and deceptive distribution tactics. You may not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk messages, deploy misleading metadata solely to manipulate discovery, operate coordinated inauthentic behavior, or automate interactions in ways that violate TikTok policies or applicable law. We may investigate reports, throttle features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have engaged in spam or abuse.

6. Intellectual property and copyright

You retain ownership of content you provide, subject to the licenses below. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use and share that content through the Services and to publish it to connected platforms.

We enforce a strict policy against copyright infringement and repeat infringement where required by law. Do not upload, schedule, or distribute copyrighted material unless you own it or have explicit permission from the rights holder. We may remove content, disable features, or terminate accounts in response to valid infringement notices or where we determine, in good faith, that content violates these Terms or platform rules.

7. License to operate the Services

You grant Justloader a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and reproduce your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services—including integrations you enable. This license ends when you delete applicable content or close your account, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate operational reasons.

8. Confidentiality and feedback

Non-public information we mark as confidential or that reasonably should be understood as confidential must not be disclosed without consent. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING CONTENT BEFORE PUBLICATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTLOADER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Justloader against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to security or third parties, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Justloader operates its business, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, subject to non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings on the subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale of assets; you may not assign without our consent.
