2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and contact data: name, email address, organization, billing details (if applicable), and communications you send to us.
• Service usage data: log data, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP (for security and reliability), timestamps, and diagnostic events.
• Content you provide: videos, captions, drafts, schedules, and related materials you upload or generate within the Services.
• TikTok Platform data: information made available to us through the TikTok APIs when you connect your account, as described in Section 5 below.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect security;
• Communicate about the Services, including support, updates, and policy notices;
• Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve product performance and reliability;

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell personal data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, as commonly understood under applicable privacy laws.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following bases:

5. TikTok Platform Data Usage

When you choose to connect a TikTok account, Justloader accesses TikTok Platform data solely through TikTok's official APIs and in accordance with TikTok's developer terms, policies, and documentation. We use the TikTok API only for content management and related product functionality—such as uploading and managing video content you authorize, retrieving performance metrics you choose to display in our analytics surfaces, and operating scheduling and workflow features tied to your account.

We do not use TikTok Platform data to:

• Build unrelated advertising profiles about end users outside the scope of providing the Services;
• Train generalized machine learning models on creator content for unrelated third-party purposes without appropriate authorization and disclosure; or
• Resell raw TikTok Platform data as a standalone data product.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect TikTok Platform data, limit access to personnel who need it to operate the Services, and retain data only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. You may disconnect integrations where the product permits it; disconnection may limit certain features.

Limited Data Use (LDU): Where TikTok's Limited Data Use policy applies to data we receive through the TikTok Platform, we honor LDU requirements and process such data only for permitted purposes described by TikTok and consistent with this Policy. We configure our integration and internal handling practices to respect TikTok user expectations and platform rules, including restrictions on certain secondary uses when LDU is in effect.

6. Sharing and subprocessors

We may share information with service providers who assist us with hosting, infrastructure, security monitoring, email delivery, customer support tooling, and similar functions. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect data and process it only on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Justloader, our users, or others. A business transfer (such as a merger) may involve a successor assuming our obligations under this Policy with notice as required by law.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and jurisdiction.

8. Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and prompt reporting of suspected unauthorized access.
